Mexican black kingsnake (Lampropeltis getula nigrita) Bioactive Vivarium Kit

A complete self-cleaning, self-maintaining bioactive terrarium kit for Mexican black kingsnakes. These large colubrids range from the deserts in Mexico into the southern United States. Deep, dense substrate with a moderate hotspot and UVB should be provided with plenty of places to hide and climb. You will notice with your kingsnake that it will create a network of tunnels in your vivarium, and use them to thermo regulate and to use them as a hunting tool. These larger kingsnakes are one of the Dude's all time favorites. Not only for their larger size but their amazing iridescence that comes off of their solid black bodies. Large, sturdy aloe plants are included that can withstand the weight of the snake. However, larger spineless cacti and succulents can also be utilized to give your snake even more options.
